5. AI Output Disclaimer

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information
• Outputs should not be considered professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise)
• You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI outputs
• Citations provided may require independent verification

6. Subscription and Payment

ConvergeAI offers subscription-based access to our services:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access until your paid period expires
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• Your query history may be deleted after account cancellation

8. Intellectual Property

The ConvergeAI service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the queries you submit, and you receive a license to use the outputs generated for your queries.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ConvergeAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ConvergeAI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

12. Changes to Terms

13. Termination
